The MDB Family Crib (6901) is a safe and sturdy crib for your baby. It is made from natural wood and can be converted into a toddler bed. This crib is designed to meet the safety regulations of the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Congratulations on purchasing this product. This product will provide many years of service if you adhere to
the following guidelines for assembly, maintenance, and operation. This product is for residential use only.
Any institutional use is strictly prohibited.
Please be sure to follow the instructions for proper assembly. Use a Phillips head screwdriver for assembling
the product in addition to the Allen wrench included in the hardware box. Do not use power screwdrivers. All
of our products are made from natural woods. Please understand that natural woods have color variations
which are the result of nature and not defects in workmanship.
DO NOT SUBSTITUTE PARTS. ALL MODELS HAVE THE SAME QUANTITY OF PARTS AND HARDWARE.
YOUR MODEL MAY LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ILLUSTRATED DUE TO STYLISTIC VARIATIONS.

Insert wood dowels (I) to
each leg (E) as shown in
the illustration below.
Attach four legs (E) to the base frame (D) using 1-1/4” Phillips round
head bolts (H) and lock washers (L). Make sure that all wood dowels
fit their holes.
Attach both end panels (A) to the base frame (D)
using 1-1/4” Phillips round head bolts (H) and
lock washers (L).
Do not overtighten the bolts.

Attach the side panel (B) to the end panel
assembly using four 2-1/4” Allen head bolts
(G) and lock washers (L) at sides and two
1-1/4” Phillips round head bolts (H) and lock
washers (L) at the bottom as the illustration
shown.
Do not overtighten the bolts.

Make sure the spring frame is
installed FLAT SIDE UP.

* Start at the highest level and
adjust it down as the child grows.
Attach the side panel (B) to the end panel assembly
using four 2-1/4” Allen head bolts (G) and lock washers
(L) at sides and two 1-1/4” Phillips round head bolts (H)
and lock washers (L) at the bottom as the illustration
shown (same as step 5).
Do not overtighten the bolts.
Swing out four hangers at corner of the spring frame (C) carefully. Attach spring frame FLAT SIDE
UP. Choose the height of the spring frame. Start at the highest level and adjust accordingly.
Bolt the spring frame (C) to headboards using Allen head bolts (J), washers (K), lock washers (L)
and Allen wrench (N). As the child grows, it is important to lower the spring.
Make sure the spring frame is level.
Do not overtighten the bolts.
