Tecnomotor 810 830 Gas Analyzer Operating manual

Tecnomotor 810 830 Gas Analyzer Operating manual

The Tecnomotor 810-830 Gas Analyzer is a device used to measure pollutants in vehicle exhaust gases. It measures carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), and unburned hydrocarbons (HC) using a NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infra-Red) cell, and oxygen (O2) and nitrogen oxide (optional) using electrochemical cells. The analyzer can be used in a workshop for certified check-ups or in an MCTC-NET testing line.

Frequently Answers and Questions

How do I connect the gas probe to the analyser?
Connect the gas probe to the instrument gas inlet, situated on the condensate separator, as shown in the picture under 'Gas Probe Connection' section in the manual.
What are the technical specifications of the 810-830 analyser?
Refer to the 'Technical Specifications' section for details on dimensions, power supply, operating temperature, humidity, measurement fields, resolution, and weight.
What is the warranty period for the analyser?
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery. Refer to the 'Warranty' section for details on coverage and exclusions.
How do I perform the 'Seal Test' on the analyser?
The 'Seal Test' is performed to check the pneumatic circuit sealing capacity. Follow the instructions displayed on the tester. You will need to close the probe and the tester will create a vacuum inside the pneumatic circuit. It then checks that the created vacuum remains within set tolerance limits.
How often should I change the oxygen sensor?
The oxygen sensor should be changed whenever the 'CHANGE OXYGEN SENSOR' message is displayed on the monitor. It is generally recommended to replace the sensor annually.
