RHINO FLOORING RANGE Hybrid Flooring gives you outstanding durability and resistance to wear and tear. Its construction ensures that it will not fade or discolor from direct sunlight, and it is impervious to 'wear through' when installed and maintained according to instructions and subjected to normal residential or commercial wear and tear. It is also stain resistant to most common household products, and its lifetime residential warranty and 10-year commercial warranty guarantee your satisfaction.

HYBRID FLOORING WARRANTY

Product must be inspected prior to installa2on
for visible defects or varia2on (colour, quality)
to that ordered. Once installed warranty will
apply only to defec2ve product. Any varia2ons
in product will be deemed to have been
accepted if installed. A 10% colour varia2on
from sample to supplied product is considered
acceptable.
WARRANTY PERIODS
Note: The warranty period will not be changed
once a complaint has been recognised and
resolved.
LIFETIME RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
Warranty is from date of purchase:
• Free from manufacturing defects for
the above stated warranty period
• Impervious to 'wear through' when
installed and maintained according to
instruc2ons and subjected to normal

10 YEAR COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

CLAIMS
• Warranty applies to original purchaser
only
• Proof of purchase is required for all
claims
• Claims for wear must show a minimum
1 inch diameter
• Guarantee is pro rated based on
amount of 2me floor has been installed
• To file claim under warranty contact
authorised dealer where product was
purchased

EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY
• Fading or discolouring from direct
sunlight
• Damages through incorrect installa2on
care and maintenance (refer to
instruc2ons

• Water damage, insect infesta2on, man-
made or natural disaster, stains or
mechanical damages to the surface
that is caused by incorrect treatment,
use or storage (especially damage
caused by high heel shoes, furniture,
stones, pets etc.)
• Colour change and varia2on from
ageing of floor and clima2c changes
• Warranty is nullified if product is
renovated or repaired aSer installa2on
(unless repaired by original supplier)
• Any associated costs such as
rec2fica2on work, removal of fixtures
or furniture, pain2ng, accommoda2on,
loss of 2me and incidental costs
• Stains or reduc2on in gloss level due to
normal use and or exterior applica2ons
• Any product that is installed on a
2mber or par2cle board subfloor that
has direct contact with outsider
condi2ons without the use of a
thermal barrier.
• Discoloura2on caused by mats and
rugs or any foam rubber backed
covering.
