Creality CR-Scan Ferret Firmware Upgrade Manual

Creality Scan software version 1.0.12 and later and install it in an all-English character
path; Download
Creality_CRScan_Ferret_Firmware, make sure it is downloaded in an all-English
character path. For better scanning performance, it is recommended to use the PC with GPU. For
integrated GPU and AMD GPU, it may take longer time(about 10 seconds) for streaming.
Please follow the below steps to upgrade the firmware:
1. Connect the cable to your PC via SS USB3.0 port, try different port if necessary. For desktop
computers, please connect to the port on the BACK of the computer for a sufficient power supply;
2. Connect the cable to the scanner;
NOTE: Please make sure the scanner is connected and powered well, otherwise it may cause
upgrade failure.
3. Open “Creality Scan” software and close “Guide for Beginner”;
4. Click Settings icon on the top right corner and Click “Firmware”;(Please make sure you
