Maximum torque of coupling TK max = rated torque of coupling TKN x 1.5.
The maximum torque TK max. indicates short-term torque peaks (e.g. when passing through the resonance). TK max may arise at the maximum
50,000 times as vibratory torque or 100,000 times as pulsating torque.
Triple the rated torque of coupling TK max1 = rated torque of coupling TKN x ~3.0.
The triple rated torque TK max1 is the torque that may arise only rarely, but only 1,000 times at the maximum. Above the triple rated torque of
TK max1 the coupling may be damaged each depending on the elastomer type and hardness.

Frequently Answers and Questions
What are the main advantages of using a SINULASTIC coupling?
The SINULASTIC coupling offers several advantages, including high flexibility, vibration damping, and compensation for shaft misalignment. It helps to protect against damage to connected machinery and ensures smooth and reliable operation.
How do I select the right size of SINULASTIC coupling for my application?
The selection of the correct SINULASTIC coupling size is crucial for optimal performance. Refer to the coupling selection instructions provided in the catalogue "Drive Technology - SINULASTIC" for guidance. Consider factors like torque, speed, and operating conditions for proper selection.
What are the maximum permissible bore diameters for the coupling?
The maximum permissible bore diameters for the coupling are specified in the technical data section of the manual. It is crucial to respect these limits to avoid potential damage to the coupling.
