Frequently Answers and Questions
How do I mount the front power system on my John Deere tractor?
Refer to the installation section of the manual for detailed instructions. It involves removing certain tractor parts, positioning the system, and bolting it securely to the tractor frame.
What are the safety precautions to take when using the front PTO shaft?
Always comply with the manufacturer's instructions for the universal joint shaft. Never enter the work area of the rotating PTO shaft and wear appropriate safety clothing.
How do I lower the front power system safely for road travel?
Activate the lowering safeguard by pulling out the stop valve and swinging it 90 degrees. This locks the system in place. Never attempt to lower the front power system via the tractor's control lever while the safeguard is locked.
