How to Set Up Your Online Support Center and
myRockwellAutomation Account
Creating an account will give you access to our Online Support Center and myRockwellAutomation,
which includes Learning+. Follow these steps to do so:
1. Navigate to myRockwellAutomation.
2. Click on “Create an Account.”
3. Enter your information into the form.
4. To finish creating an account, you need to confirm that you own the email address that you used
to create the account. To confirm your email address, click or tap the link in the email you
received when you created the account.
5. Once your myRockwellAutomation Account is set up, you can access Learning+ by navigating to
the right-hand side of the screen under Resources and selecting Learning+.
*Note: Please confirm your email account as soon as possible, as you will not be able to access your
account until you confirm your email address or mobile number. In addition, the email verification link
will expire within 14 calendar days and the account will be removed.

What are the different types of Learning+ subscriptions available?
Learning+ offers various subscription types to meet different training needs, such as single-user, multi-user, flex user, enhanced single-user, enhanced multi-user, craft skills, 90-day with or without contract, and educational user. Details can be found in your service agreement.
How do I unlock content in Learning+?
You'll need an access key to unlock content. This key is included in your Welcome Email. Multi-User and Flex subscribers should contact their organization's administrator for the access key. 90-Day Fast Pass keys unlock one specific course.
What kind of reports are available in Learning+?
For Multi-User and Flex subscriptions, administrators have access to several reports, including course completion, access key utilization, survey responses, user activity, usage summary, and assessment attempts. Scores from knowledge checks are not shared.
