Frequently Answers and Questions

How do I wire the module for 2-pole operation?
When configuring the outputs for 2-pole operation, you'll need to connect both the DO+ and DO- terminals of a single channel. Remember to use the appropriate system variable in your GuardPLC program to configure the channels for 2-pole operation. Refer to the GuardPLC Controller Systems User Manual for more details.
What is the purpose of the reset pushbutton?
The reset pushbutton is used to reset the module to its default settings. This can be helpful if you forget your password for accessing the module through the programming software. To reset, press and hold the pushbutton for 20 seconds while rebooting the device.
How do I troubleshoot the module using the LED indicators?
The LED indicators provide visual feedback on the status of the module. You can use them to identify potential issues such as power problems, hardware errors, software errors, or communication issues. Refer to the Troubleshooting section in the manual for a detailed explanation of each LED indicator and its significance.
