Labelling of fabrics
Check the following fabric symbols:
DRYING
Drying in a tumble dryer permitted
Wring, hang on a washing line to dry
Do not wring, hang up wet and allow to drip dry
Wring, lay on a flat surface to dry
Do not tumble dry
Dry at normal temperature
Dry at low temperature
Do not tumble-dry the following fabrics:
Impermeable fabrics (e.g. rubber-coated fabrics).
Delicate materials (silk, curtains made from synthetic material) –
they may crease
Dripping-wet laundry –
high energy consumption
Wool or fabrics containing wool.
Observe the manufacturer's instructions.
