After-sales service

Before you contact the after-sales service, please check that you cannot rectify the malfunction yourself. (see page 21 onwards)

If you contact the after-sales service, even within the warranty period, you will be liable for labour costs.

Please inform the after-sales service of the product number (E-Nr.) and the manufacture number (FD) of the appliance.

You will find this information in the thick-bordered area of the rating plate on the door frame (visible when the door is open).
