The Secvest 2WAY is the fourth generation of the Secvest wireless alarm panel from ABUS Security-

Center. With an innovative status light display, several bi-directional control elements, 48 wireless zones and 2 wired zones, it is setting entirely new standards in terms of function and design. Secvest also means physical protection: In addition to its several capabilities to sound an alarm, Secvest 2WAY is the fi rst alarm panel which actively protects against break-ins. Therefore in addition to alarm technology detectors, the new FTS 96 E wireless window lock can also be integrated into Secvest 2WAY. In the event of an attempted break-in, the FTS 96 E actively confronts the burglar with almost insurmountable physical resistance, while the alarm panel simultaneously sounds the alarm during the fi rst attempt. Mechanical and electronic home security can be seamlessly integrated here into a unifi ed security plan. The

Secvest 2WAY panel is not the only thing that is fundamentally new, the components and accessories are also mostly of a later generation. This includes the new remote control with 2-way communication: It has four buttons, three of which control the functions „Arm,“

„Disarm“ and „Status.“ The fourth can be freely programmed for such things as „Switch outputs“ or „Arm internal.“ The 2-way communication always gives the user a confi rmation. Four multi-coloured

LEDs on the remote control indicate the current status. The same 2-way technology is used by the new indoor and outdoor wireless keypad, the new Secvest Key and the wireless key switch.
