Secvest 2WAY wireless universal module

The wireless universal module now has more on its case!

In addition to the standard functions that the module performs when it is integrated into a Secvest 2WAY, two additional functions are added in combination with wired alarm panels. Used as a receiving module, you can integrate eight wireless detectors into any wired alarm panel. Thus, you can make a hybrid system out of the Terxon SX alarm panel, for example. All wireless detectors of the Secvest generation can then be integrated into the security system locally and flexibly. If you would like to increase the wireless range of the detectors, use the universal module as a repeater module. This allows long distances to be bridged without using cables.

In combination with the Secvest

2WAY, the universal module is preferred used in transmitting/ receiving mode. Thus, you gain four additional switching outputs and one alarm input (alarm zone and tamper zone) via the universal module. Eight universal modules can be integrated into the Secvest 2WAY. This means that up to 32 wireless outputs are available on your alarm panel.

The multi-faceted capabilities of the wireless universal module are nearly unbeatable. As the name suggests, it can be used universally and it combines seven different functions in one device. You decide which functions you need during the installation. You can use the wireless universal module as a wireless repeater, wireless output module, transmitting/receiving module, siren module, wireless receiving module or as a siren transmitter/receiver module.

• Used as a wireless repeater, the universal module doubles the range of 8 wireless detectors.

• If you use the universal module as a wireless output module, you can control four relays (switching capacity 500 mA) per module. In this way, you can control different functions (e.g. the outside lighting) via the Secvest 2WAY.

• Configure the universal module as a transmitting/receiving module and you can integrate wired alarm detectors into the Secvest wireless alarm panel. This gives you an alarm input, a tamper connection and a 12 V connection for supplying power to the connected detectors.

You can also use the four switching outputs of the module.

• Programmed as a siren module, you can integrate other external sounders into the Secvest 2WAY.

• Use the universal module as a wireless receiving module if you would like to integrate the modern Secvest

2WAY wireless detectors into your existing wired alarm panel.

• Avoid unnecessarily long cables in your house by using it as the siren transmitter/receiver module. With this function, a siren is wireless integrated into a wired alarm panel.
