Help from a call: Silent alarm via telephone (PSTN)

The PSTN dialer sends previously recorded voice messages to up to four saved telephone numbers via an analog telephone connection. Four different messages can be saved - one per relevant event (e.g. burglary, fi re, robbery, fault).

Flexible alarm system: Voice message and SMS via PSTN and GSM

The ultimate freedom of choice: With the GSM dialer, voice messages and

SMS messages are sent to up to ten telephone numbers. This can be done via landline or mobile wireless. Remote access (call) to the dialer can also be done from mobile terminals.

Digital protocols via mobile wireless:

Message in the language spoken by the rescuer

A landline connection is simulated via the GSM interface. When the regular landline connection fails, the digital control center protocols of the alarm center are transmitted via the GSM network.

This gives you a redundant connection. It is also possible to transmit voice messages or SMS via the GSM interface.

Remote access is also possible.

Terxon PSTN dialer Alarm with valuable information

With the Terxon PSTN dialer, alarm and system messages are passed on to up to four telephone numbers saved by you in the front field. In the event of an alarm, the analog speech dialer transmits two pieces of information: an identification text and an event text. The identification text conveys general information (name, address), the event text conveys events defined by you (burglary, fire, medical emergency, system fault, etc.).

You can record and save four event texts. The texts have a total duration of 40 seconds. The analog speech dialer is installed between the alarm system and telephone cable. It has four inputs, which activate the provided event text in the event of an alarm. The call numbers are automatically dialed by the speech dialer. Thus, you can be certain that the receivers are reliably notified. The dialer is programmed via a menu-driven

LCD display. The analog speech dialer is approved throughout

Europe and matches the Terxon alarm center in terms of its elegant design.

• up to four voice messages are

• possible

Complete your silent alarm with the multi-faceted dialers from

ABUS Security-Center, which simultaneous give the triggered alarm valuable information Because you can individually configure the automatically sent voice texts and assign them to a particular alarm event. This allows the informed parties to immediate know what has happened and to prepare accordingly. Even when no analog telephone connection is available, a silent alarm is possible via mobile wireless using the GSM interface.

How to program the

Terxon dialer

Terxon GSM dialer

The Terxon dialers are programmed with the aid of the telephone keys and the LCD display. The best method is to perform the following steps:

Define the access code

To operate the speech dialer, you must enter a predefined access code.

You should change this code after the first start-up.

Record voice texts

Record eight (AZ6302) or four

(AZ6301) voice messages. Each voice message is assigned to a specific event (fire, robbery, sabotage, etc.). In addition to the voice texts, also record the identification text

(name, address). This will then be played back in the event of an alarm message.

Enter the telephone number

Now enter ten (AZ6302) or four

(AZ6301) message recipients and their telephone numbers. These numbers can be called in the event of an alarm.

Assign the numbers to the texts

Decide which of these recipients will be called for each of the eight or four voice messages in the event of an alarm.

The new GSM dialer from ABUS

Security-Center transmits alarm and system messages in the form of voice messages or SMS messages via analog telephone lines or the mobile wireless network. This allows redundant transmission

(GSM transmission, if PSTN line is faulted) and the communication of the alarm system with the outside world even to locations where no landline is available.

You can save up to eight receivers for the messages. In the event of an alarm, the dialer transmits an identification text and an event text (SMS or voice). With the identification text, you convey general information (name, address), with the event text you convey the alarm messages

(burglary, fire, medical emergency, system fault, etc.). You save eight event texts, the location message and eight reset messages with a length of 30 seconds each (or 40 characters). The room temperature is continuously displayed on the standby display by means of the integrated temperature sensor and the resulting temperature values allow the switching of outputs beyond the minimum or maximum temperature. In addition, four outputs can be switched via the speech dialer. This can be assigned to specific events or manually

(remotely) started. You can also listen in to your property (or talk in) via the listening and talking mode during a call on the dialer.

• 8 positive/negative controllable inputs (5 - 24 VDC)

• 4 transistor outputs (OP), negatively switching, max. current output 100 mA / 12 VDC per output
