The CDD is a device designed to configure and control a network of Power-One equipment using radio communication and to supply data relating to the system, via WiFi or an Ethernet port, to an Internet or local portal for consultation.

• The buttons UP and DOWN are used to move around a menu or to increase/decrease the settable values.

• The button ESC enables you to return to the previous submenu while navigating.

The display (consisting of 2 lines with 16 characters per line) can be used to navigate the menu using the buttons UP, DOWN, ESC and EN-

TER and enables you to:

• View the operating status of the inverter and the statistical data;

• View service messages for the operator;

• View warning and breakdown messages.

In the menu screens to display the words “EDD” refers to micro-inverter.

During the normal functioning of the plant the display cycles through

Frequently asked questions

The CDD is a Concentrator Data Device that is used to configure and control a network of Power-One equipment, such as MICRO-inverters. It also transmits data about the system to an internet or local portal for monitoring and analysis.

The CDD uses radio communication (IEEE 802.15.4) to communicate with the MICRO-inverters. The maximum distance for this communication is 50 meters in free space.

The CDD can be connected to a computer via a wired Ethernet connection or a wireless WiFi connection. It is equipped with both an Ethernet port and a WiFi network card.

The CDD can be monitored remotely through the Aurora Easy View portal, which is accessible from a computer or smartphone with internet access. The device must be registered on the portal for remote monitoring.

The local web server provides information about the system, including the status of the MICRO-inverters, the generated power, and any alarms.

The CDD can be wall-mounted using the screws provided in the package. Make sure to choose a location near a power outlet and where the bottom of the device, where all the connections are located, remains accessible.
