Turn your computer over. While sliding and holding the latches in the outward positions, slide the cover to open it. Use the blue tab to lower the battery pack into place. Be sure the battery pack is properly connected to the connector.

Select settings for your region, then press [Next]. Moving the cursor (1) or clicking buttons can be performed with the touch pad, a key or the touchscreen.

Turn the computer off, then remove the CD-ROM drive. Insert the SuperDisk Drive Pack in the multimedia pocket and tum the computer on. Set a floppy disk and make sure it is not in the write-protected state, then select [Start] - [Programs] - [Panasonic] - {Create BACKUP DISK] and follow the on-screen instructions. Place a label identifying the contents on each disk.
