customize profiles
You can quickly change your phone’s alert profile to match your activity, environment, or personal requirements. Each profile uses a different set of sounds or vibrations for incoming calls and other events. The profile indicator shows at the top of the home screen:

To change your profile , press the volume keys in the home screen.

Airplane Mode turns off your phone’s calling features in locations where wireless phone use is prohibited. You can use the phone’s music player and other non-calling features in airplane mode.
Shortcut: In the home screen, hold # to quickly switch to the Vibrate profile and back.
change alerts in a profile
You can change the alerts that a profiles uses to notify you of incoming calls and other events.
Note: You can’t set an alert for the Silent profile, or change some settings for some profiles.
Find it: Press the Main Menu key > w Settings
> Profiles , scroll to the profile, press the
Options key > Edit
1 Scroll to the profile setting you want to change, then press the navigation key in s .
2 Select the setting value you want.
3 Press the Save key to save your profile changes.
create a new profile
You can create a new ring style profile to set alerts for incoming calls and other events.
Find it: Press the Main Menu key > w Settings
> Profiles , press the Options key > Create New Profile
time & date
Your phone needs to know the current time and date for the Calendar .
Find it: Press the Main Menu key > w Settings
> Phone Settings > Time & Date
To enter your time or date , choose Time or
Date .
To change your time zone , choose Time Zone , then select a city in your time zone.

To apply a theme: Press the Main Menu key
> w Settings > Themes > theme .

You can change the images and sounds that a theme applies to your phone.
Find it: Press the Main Menu key > w Settings
> Themes , scroll to the theme, press the
Options key > Edit

The Wallpaper appears as a background image in your home screen.
The Screen Saver shows in the display when no activity is detected for a specified time.
To reset a theme’s default settings: Press the
Main Menu key > w Settings > Themes , scroll to the theme, press the Options key > Manage
> Restore To Default .
