Starting a Remote Connection to the Switch

There are two ways to access the management CPU:

• Via the Ethernet connector for remote access:

• SSH

• Telnet

• Web

• SNMP

• XML

• Via KVM connections locally

Upgrading Software

Software and firmware updates are available from the Mellanox Support website. Copy the update to a known location on a Remote server within the user’s LAN.

Use the CLI in order to perform Software upgrades. For further information please refer to the

MLNX-OS User Manual.

Be sure to read and follow all of the instructions regarding the updating of the software on your switch system.
