BIOS Menu 12: CPU Configuration

The CPU Configuration menu lists the following CPU details:

ƒ Processor Type: Lists the brand name of the CPU being used

ƒ CPU Signature: Lists the CPU signature value.

ƒ Microcode Patch: Lists the microcode patch being used.

ƒ Max CPU Speed: Lists the maximum CPU processing speed.

ƒ Min CPU Speed: Lists the minimum CPU processing speed.

ƒ CPU Speed: Lists the CPU processing speed.

ƒ Processor Cores: Lists the number of the processor core

ƒ Hyper Threading Technology: Indicates if Intel HT Technology is supported by the CPU.

ƒ Intel VT-x Technology: Indicates if Intel VT-x Technology is supported by the

CPU.

ƒ Intel SMX Technology: Indicates if Intel SMX Technology is supported by the

CPU.

ƒ 64-bit: Indicates if 64-bit OS is supported by the CPU.

ƒ EIST Technology: Indicates if EIST Technology is supported by the CPU.

ƒ L1 Data Cache: Lists the amount of data storage space on the L1 cache.

ƒ L1 Code Cache: Lists the amount of code storage space on the L1 cache.

ƒ L2 Cache: Lists the amount of storage space on the L2 cache.

ƒ L3 Cache: Lists the amount of storage space on the L3 cache.
