Michael I.

Is it necessary to write a program to convert registers or I/O point addresses to Modbus addresses for an FX3U controller?

No manual real-time conversion logic is required. The system provides a default mapping table where PLC I/O and registers automatically correspond to specific Modbus addresses. For master communication, specify the Modbus address in the ADPRW instruction. For custom mapping, use one initialization program to write configuration values to registers D8470–D8485.
