How do I change the language of the tester?
Connect the tester to the ECU. The A.E.B. logo will appear. Press and hold the "ESC" button for about four seconds. The "SELEZIONA LINGUA" option and the current language will appear. Use the "w" or "x" keys to select the desired language and confirm by pressing the "OK" button. The A.E.B. logo and the new language will reappear. Press any key to enter the "MAIN MENU".
What is the difference between "STANDARD" and "SEGNALE DEBOLE" signal types?
"STANDARD" should be selected for signals with a square wave between 0 and 12V. "SEGNALE DEBOLE" is for signals with a square wave between 0 and 5V.
How do I determine if a non-standard sensor is "DIRITTO" or "INVERTITO"?
Go to the second page of "VISUALIZZAZIONE DATI" and check the "LIVELLO". If the "LIVELLO" is high with GAS full (about 200), the sensor is "DIRITTO"; if it is low (about 10), it is "INVERTITO".
