How do I open the safe for the very first time?
For the first time, you must use the emergency key to open the safe. Then, you can install the batteries. After batteries are installed, you can use the factory password 1-5-9 and press the green ✔ to open the door electronically.
What does it mean if the yellow light flashes twice with two beeps?
A flashing yellow light twice, accompanied by two beeps, indicates that the safe's voltage is low (equal to or less than 4.5V), signaling that the batteries need to be replaced soon.
What happens if I enter the incorrect security code multiple times?
If an incorrect security code is entered 3 times, the safe will automatically lock out for 60 seconds. If an additional incorrect code is entered after this, it will result in a 5-minute lockout period.
How do I program my own personal security code?
With the safe door open, remove the cap and press the red reset button located on the inside of the door. After one beep and a green light flash, enter your new 3-8 digit security code and confirm by pressing the green ✔ button within 3 seconds.
Can I disable the sound the keypad makes when buttons are pressed?
Yes, you can turn off the 'Beep' sound of the keypad by pressing the red sound button. To turn the sound back on, simply press the red sound button again.
