Frequently Answers and Questions

How do I empty the water container?
To empty the water container, switch off the unit and unplug it from the outlet. Remove the drain knob and rubber plug. Position a flat container or dish under the drain hole and allow the water to flow into it. When the container is nearly full, replace the plug to stop the water flow and empty it. Repeat this process until all water has been removed. Replace the rubber plug and drain knob.
What should I do if the air conditioner is not working?
Make sure the power cord is plugged into a functioning outlet and the unit is switched on. If the green light on the plug is not lit, check the reset button on the LCDI plug and press it if needed. If the unit still does not work, check if the water full LED is lit and empty the drain pan if necessary. Also check the filter and clean it if dirty. Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not blocked.
How do I adjust the air flow?
You can adjust the left-right direction of the air flow by turning the roller on the front of the air outlet grill. Adjust the up/down air flow by rotating the air outlet grill.
