How do I connect my Arris S34 to my computer?
Connect one end of the coaxial cable to your wall outlet and the other to the coaxial connector on the back of the S34. Then connect an Ethernet cable from the modem's Ethernet port to your computer's Ethernet port.
What LED colors indicate the modem is online?
A solid green light indicates online status in DOCSIS 3.0 mode, while a solid blue light means it's online in DOCSIS 3.1 mode.
How do I access the S34 Web Manager?
Open a web browser and type the default LAN IP address, 192.168.100.1, into the address bar. The username is 'admin'. You will be prompted to change the password upon first login.
