Frequently Answers and Questions

What is the purpose of the Status LED?
The Status LED indicates the current operating state of the converter. For example, it will turn solid green when the converter is locked to the video input and operating normally.
How do I change the RF output channel?
The Selector Switch on the rear panel is used to select the desired RF output channel. The specific frequency for each switch position is unique to the model and can be found on the bottom label of the converter.
What is the converter bypass mode?
The converter bypass mode allows you to use the unit as a stand-alone RF modulator. In this mode, the standards converter is bypassed and the video signal on the composite input connector is sent directly to the modulator.
How do I enter the Options Setting Mode?
To enter the Options Setting Mode, press the Options Button on the rear panel for one second. This will freeze the currently selected RF channel. You can then use the Selector Switch to choose the desired option and the Option Button to enable or disable it.
