Frequently Answers and Questions

How to reset the device to factory defaults?
Press and hold the "Reset" button on the bottom of the device for 5 seconds. The LED will flash green and then turn off. Wait for about 2 minutes for the factory default reset to complete.
What should I do if the AX1800's LED is blinking red after connecting the network cable?
Some cable carriers limit the number of in-home devices. This problem may occur if you replace your old router with the AX1800. Power down the cable gateway for 15 seconds, then power it back up. Afterwards, power down and up the AX1800. Check if you have paid your internet bill.
How do I manage the AX1800 network?
Connect your device to the router using a wired or wireless connection. Open a web browser and enter http://192.168.0.1 (or http://azoresrouter.com). You can modify WAN configuration, router configuration, single SSID for 2.4 and 5G network, guest Wi-Fi network, and check your wireless network status.
