How do I change the Master Code?
To change the Master Code, press the # button, followed by the Master Code, then 01, then enter the new Master Code twice, and press the # button twice.

If you enter the wrong code three times in a row, the lock will shut down for 10 seconds.
How do I reset the lock to factory settings?
To reset the lock to factory settings, remove one battery, press and hold the 1 button, replace the battery, and then press the 1 button three times within three seconds. This will restore the factory Master Code (11 33 55 77) and erase all stored settings.
What happens when the battery is low?
When the battery is low, the Red LED will flash three times before the Blue LED flashes to signal acceptance of the code. You should replace the batteries as soon as possible. The lock will operate for 100 times with low battery.
How can I open the lock if the batteries are dead?
In case of battery failure, you can use an external PP3 battery placed against the contact points surrounding the Blue and Red LEDs. Connect the positive terminal of the PP3 battery to the RED LED contact point and the negative terminal to the Blue LED contact point. Enter the Master Code, and the motor will withdraw the locking pin, allowing you to open the lock.
