How do I choose a location for my Temp/Hum station?
Choose a location with a steady breeze and away from sources of heat or cold that could distort temperature measurements. Mount it away from fences, buildings, trees, or other obstructions, preferably over vegetation or soil.
What should I do if I'm not receiving readings on my console?
Verify that the console is powered and not in Setup Mode. Check the battery on the Temp/Hum station and make sure the DIP switches are correctly set. If you still don't see readings, put the transmitter on your Temp/Hum station in TEST Mode using DIP switch #4 and check for a flashing LED indicator.

How does the Davis Vantage Pro2 Plus wireless weather station calculate wind chill, and are there temperature limits for this calculation?
The console calculates "Wind Chill" using the ten-minute average wind speed and the air temperature. Wind chill is not calculated above 92° F (33° C).
