The FLG4 is a lightweight, anodized aluminum, general-purpose gravity feed spray gun designed for various spraying applications. It is suitable for use with water-based, solvent-based, and HVLP materials.

What are the different cup options available for the FLG4?

The FLG4 can be used with either a 900 cc aluminum cup or a 20 oz. Acetal cup. The Acetal cup is compatible with water-based materials only.

How do I assemble the cup to the gun?

Place a cup gasket in the fluid inlet of the gun body. Insert a filter in the cup outlet if desired. Assemble the cup to the gun and tighten hand tight.

What is the recommended air supply for the FLG4?

The FLG4 requires a 13 cfm air supply at the gun inlet of 23 psi max., measured with the trigger pulled.

How do I adjust the air pressure on the FLG4?

Install an air adjusting valve at the gun handle and an air cap test kit over the tip. When the gun is triggered on, adjust the regulated pressure to the desired setting to provide a maximum of 10 psi at the air cap.
