To change the door opening direction, you need to remove the door, unscrew the screws, and remove the lower hinge pin. Then, open the door slightly and slide it down, removing it completely and setting it aside. Next, remove the upper right-hand hinge pin and insert it into the left-hand hole. Finally, use a thin, non-sharp tool to remove the lower and upper hinge covers and pins from the refrigerator door, and reinsert them on the other side of the appliance.

To defrost the freezer, turn the TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT knob to "0". Remove the food and wrap it in newspaper, then place it in the refrigerator compartment or another freezer. Keep the freezer door open during the defrosting process and place a few containers of warm water inside to speed up the process. Once the ice has melted, carefully clean and dry the freezer compartment before turning the appliance back on.

To prevent unpleasant odors and mold, make sure to properly wrap and seal food items before storing them in the freezer. This will help to prevent stains and keep the appliance hygienic. Additionally, if the appliance will be unused for an extended period, clean it thoroughly and leave the door open.

In case of a power failure or malfunction, avoid opening the door to preserve the frozen food. Frozen food can be preserved for 9-14 hours without any change in quality. If the power outage or malfunction persists, consider transferring the food to another freezer or consuming it immediately to prevent spoilage.
