Frequently Answers and Questions
Can I use HandiTrust 2015 for multiple locations?
Yes, you can install HandiTrust 2015 at one location, but you must purchase it separately for each additional location or site of access. If your accounting practice shares offices with another unrelated accounting practice, both must purchase the software in their own right.
What happens if I don't pay the renewal fee?
If you do not pay the Annual Renewal Fee by the due date, your license will expire at the end of the current financial year. You may still be able to access the software, but you will not be able to use it to perform certain functions, such as processing transactions. HandiSoft may also terminate your agreement.
Can I share the software with another tax agent?
You are not permitted to purchase the software with an additional tax agent reference number for use by another tax agent without HandiSoft's written consent.
