How do I charge the cleaner?

Plug the charger into a 110/120 volt electrical outlet. Make sure the tools (deluxe model only) are not attached to the cleaner. Hold the cleaner with the nozzle pointing down and the opening in the handle section aligned with the hook in the wall bracket. Slide the cleaner straight down onto the hook. Press firmly on the handle to ensure that the end of the cord is fully connected to the cleaner.

How do I empty the collector cup?

Hold the cleaner in a vertical position. Grasp the cup section; depress the latch and remove the motor/handle section of the cleaner from the cup. With the collector cup in hand, grasp the center ribs of the filter and lift out the filter/separator assembly. Empty the collector cup.

How do I clean the filter?

Remove any debris from the filter by tapping the frame on a hard surface or by brushing the filter with a soft brush. If the filter is heavily soiled or wet, wash it in warm soapy water, using a soft brush if necessary. Rinse the soap off the filter. Dry the filter by blotting with a towel; dry thoroughly before storing the filter in the cleaner.
