The Infineon FP75R06KE3 is an EconoPIM™3 module, featuring the Trench/Fieldstop IGBT3 and the Emitter Controlled 3 Diode. The IGBT has a blocking voltage of 600V, a continuous collector current of 75A - 95A and a maximum repetitive peak collector current of 150A. The total power dissipation is 250W. It is suitable for applications such as IGBT, Inverter, Diode, Rectifier, and Brake-Chopper. The device operates up to a maximum temperature of 150°C.
