You will need safety glasses, leather gloves, tin snips, a flathead screwdriver and a ladder.
How do I install the Lock-In Gutter Guard?
Start by cleaning your gutters and downspouts. Then, notch the back and front edges of the first gutter guard. Bend the end section down to create an end cap. Starting at one end of the gutter, install the gutter guard by slightly lifting the shingles and sliding the guard under the shingle. Pull the front edge forward to engage with the lip of the gutter. Overlap the end of each section with the previous section. For outside or inside corners, mitre cut both adjoining sections. Notch the front edge of one section to create an overlap. At the end of the gutter, cut the last gutter guard an extra 2 inches longer than the end of the gutter. Cut a notch on the back edge of the gutter guard and on the front edge. Bend the end section down to create the end cap.
