The LG ADR-620 CD recorder is a dual-deck player/recorder with the ability to record to both CD-R and CD-RW discs. The unit plays all standard CD audio discs but for recording, the unit uses special CD-R and CD-RW discs designed only for audio use. It also has a 4x dub speed for both CD-R and CD-RW discs and high quality audio through AKM Digital-to-Analog converters. With dual-play capability, you can play two different discs at the same time. It also has extensive playback programming capabilities to customize your listening experience and optical and coaxial digital inputs and outputs for connecting to external devices.

What types of CDs can I use with the LG ADR-620?
This unit plays all standard CD audio discs, but for recording, it uses special CD-R and CD-RW discs designed only for audio use. CD-R discs designed for computer use will not work in the unit.
How do I finalize a CD-R disc in the LG ADR-620?
After you have finished recording a CD-R disc, you must finalize the disc to make it playable in other CD players. Follow the Finalize steps in the manual. A CD-R disc must be finalized before you can play the disc in any CD player other than this unit.
Can I make an analog copy (tape to CD) with the LG ADR-620?
Yes, you can record from analog sources to a CD using the analog inputs on the back of the unit. The Analog Record Level control allows you to adjust the recording level for the best results.
What is the difference between CD-R and CD-RW discs?
CD-R discs are write-once, meaning you can record to them only once. CD-RW discs are re-writable, meaning you can record and erase data on them multiple times. You may also unfinalize a CD-RW disc to erase the entire contents. CD-RW discs will play only in some CD players.
Can I use the LG ADR-620 to record from a portable digital audio player?
Yes, you can connect a portable digital audio player to the front-panel digital input on the unit. When both digital inputs are connected, the unit will give priority to the front-panel input.
