How do I connect an external audio device to the SCD-10?

You can connect an external audio device, such as a personal CD player or MP3 Player, to the SCD-10 using the AUX IN input and the appropriate cable (not included). Plug one end of the cable into the AUX IN socket on the unit and the other end into the Headphone or Line Out socket of the external source. Press the FUNCTION button repeatedly until "AUX" is shown on the display. Continue to operate the CD or MP3 player as usual, and the audio will be heard through the unit's speakers.

How do I set the clock on the SCD-10?

To set the clock, hold down the PROGRAM / MEMORY / CLK - ADJ button to enter clock setting mode. The 12-hour or 24-hour clock mode will flash. Press the B - SKIP or F- SKIP button to select the desired clock mode. Press the PROGRAM / MEMORY / CLK - ADJ button again to confirm. The hour digit will flash. Press the B - SKIP or F- SKIP button to adjust the hour digit. Press the PROGRAM / MEMORY / CLK - ADJ button again to confirm. The SCD-10 has preset EQ settings: FLAT, ROCK, JAZZ, CLASSIC, and POP. To select the desired EQ setting, press the TIMER / EQ button repeatedly. The selected EQ setting will be displayed.

How do I use the sleep timer on the SCD-10?

To set the sleep timer, hold down the SNOOZE / SLEEP button when the unit is on. You can adjust the sleep time from 10 minutes to 90 minutes. The unit will automatically shut off after the selected amount of time.
