What is an Advanced Sales Agent and how do I get paid?
Advanced Sales Agents take incoming calls for BJ Global, Beachbody and Sales Pro programs. You get paid $0.25 per talk minute, regardless of sales. You also may earn per-order pay for certain offers and upsells.
What are the deadlines for certification?
You have 15 days from receiving your agent number to complete certification and take your first 100 calls. Many Agents complete certification in just 2 days!
What are the requirements for my phone line?
You must use a dedicated phone line with no additional features like call waiting, call forwarding, voicemail, etc. It can't be a cordless phone or a VoIP/internet-based service like Vonage or Magic Jack.
How do I know my LiveOps University lessons are complete?
Click on the 'Completed' tab in LOU. If it says 'Passed' or 'Completed' next to each lesson, you're done. If it says 'In Progress' or 'Not Attempted', you need to finish those lessons.
How do I access the practice scripts and start taking calls?
After completing the initial steps, you'll receive an automated message 'Ready to Take Calls', which gives you access to the chat, phone panel, product information page, and the schedule to sign up for call blocks.
