You can configure the frame rate and resolution individually for both Video Mode 1 and Video Mode 2. Each mode has its own LED color to indicate which mode is active. Video Mode 1 is indicated by a yellow LED, while Video Mode 2 is indicated by a blue LED.

How do I turn the sound on or off for my Mobius Mini ActionCam?

To toggle the sound on or off, rapidly press the Mode button twice while the camera is turned on and in one of the two video Standby modes (steady yellow or blue LED).
