How do I install the scanner?
Connect the scanner to the USB connection on your computer. The computer will automatically detect it. Insert the Software CD into the computer and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I calibrate the scanner?
Launch PageManager from the system desktop. Select the DSmobile device. Click the 'scan' icon to launch the TWAIN user interface. Click any predefined setting. Use the Calibration Paper provided and insert it with text facing up and arrows pointing toward the scanner. Click the 'Calib.' button to do the calibration.
How do I clean the scanner?
If the output image displays unexpected features, such as streaky lines, discoloration, etc., it is possible that the surface of the image sensor is polluted by dust, oil, or glue. To remove it and clean the surface, insert the Cleaning Paper provided into the scanner and click the 'Clean' button.
