How do I clean my H7 heart rate sensor?

Detach the connector from the strap after every use and wipe it dry with a soft towel. Clean with mild soap and water when needed. Rinse the strap under running water after every use and wash regularly.

How do I change the battery in my H7?

Using a coin, open the battery cover by turning it counterclockwise to OPEN. Insert the battery (CR2025) inside the cover with the positive (+) side against the cover. Press the cover back into the connector and use the coin to turn the cover clockwise to CLOSE.
