How do I connect the USB LCM?
Use the enclosed USB extension cable (A-male to A-female) to connect to the system's USB port located on the front pillar. First, connect the USB LCM to the female side of the cable, then connect the male side to the system's USB port.
How do I reset the system to factory defaults?
Press and hold the reset button on the rear panel for 3 seconds. You will hear a short beep for 1 second. This will reset the administrator password to '1234', all network settings to DHCP, and all data services to default ports. It will also terminate VLANs, delete Vswitch, disable port trunking, restart the system, log out QSAN Cloud, delete DNS settings, and delete DDNS and UPNP settings.
What is the default baud rate for the console port?
The default baud rate is 115,200 with 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, and no flow control. The terminal type is vt100.
