How do I adjust blade tension?
Unplug the saw, remove the switch key, ensure the RapidSet™ lever is locked, then turn the blade tension knob clockwise. Check tension by plucking the blade (should sound like a musical note).
How do I track the blade?
Open the front cover, turn the upper wheel by hand. If the blade moves left/right, loosen the hex nut and turn the tracking knob (clockwise if left, counterclockwise if right) until the blade is centered. Retighten the hex nut.
How do I install the dust bag?
Position the dust bag nozzle in line with the dust exhaust port on the back of the saw and push it firmly into the port.
How do I square the saw table to the blade?
Use a combination square on the table beside the blade. Loosen the bevel lock knob, tilt the table to 0° (90° to the blade), retighten the bevel lock knob. Adjust the zero stop set screw with a hex key until it touches the saw housing.
