Frequently Answers and Questions

How do I charge the battery pack?

Charge the battery pack with the provided charger (BPH-1215 / 12V Ni-Cd). Connect the charger to a power supply with normal household voltage, 230V/240V~, 50 Hz. Place the battery pack in the charging stand and ensure the contacts engage properly. The red LED indicator will light up when the charger is operating properly. After normal usage, it will take 3 hours or less to fully recharge. Do not charge for more than 3 hours.

How do I advance the cutting line?

Line advance is controlled by tapping the cutting head on grass while running the engine at full throttle. Tap the knob on the ground to advance the line. The line advances each time the knob is tapped. Do not hold the knob on the ground. The line trimming cut-off blade on the grass deflector will cut the line to the correct length.

What kind of fuel mixture should I use?

This product requires a pre-mixed fuel of unleaded petrol and 2-stroke lubricant. Mix 2% lubricant into the petrol. This is a 50:1 ratio. Use a high-quality 2-stroke self-mixing lubricant for air-cooled engines. Do not use automotive lubricant or 2-stroke outboard lubricant. Mix the fuel thoroughly before fueling and in small quantities.
