Below you will find brief information for Digipass. This device enables you to generate access and authentication codes for Ibanka, an internet banking system. It requires a personal PIN code to operate and features a dedicated button for on-lining and off-lining the device. When using Ibanka, you'll need to enter your user code and password, and then an additional field will open where you should enter the access code generated by the Digipass. How do I change my PIN code?
To change your PIN code, turn on the Digipass device and enter your current PIN code. Then, press and hold the 'ƒ' button until the message 'NEW PIN' appears on the device display. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter and confirm your new PIN code.
What is the access code used for?

What happens if I enter the PIN code incorrectly?
