Yes, you can set up individual access permissions for each user. You can either create new users with specific permissions or edit existing users to grant or restrict access.

How do I configure the call button to allow guests to request access?

The call button feature is only available on Ascent X1 and T1 models. To set up the call button, go to the Ascent panel on your admin dashboard and click the Call Button Numbers button. Choose between Rollover Call or Broadcast Call and follow the instructions to assign phone numbers and configure the call button settings.
