STMicroelectronics STPS20LCD80C is a dual Schottky rectifier suited for high-frequency switch-mode power supplies, such as LCD screens or adapters. It features high junction temperature capability, avalanche capability specified, and insulated package (TO-220FPAB) with insulating voltage of 2000 VRMS sine. The device has an average forward current of 10A (per diode) at 145°C and a reverse leakage current of 3.2µA at 25°C. It also offers low forward voltage drop (0.66V typical at 10A) and high surge non-repetitive forward current (150A at tp = 10ms sinusoidal).
