How to troubleshoot a Gateway that is stuck during boot up?
If the Gateway is stuck with a solid amber LED or shows a fast flash 3 times (indicating self-test failure), a Factory Default Reset (FDR) can be performed. Hold the FDR button until the status LED flashes green twice. After rebooting, the indicator will show solid red.
