What is the Tagg zone?
The Tagg zone is a boundary around the area where your pet spends most of their time. When your pet leaves the Tagg zone, you will receive an alert.
How do I charge the Tagg tracker?
You can charge the Tagg tracker by placing it on the docking station or using the travel charger. Make sure the docking station or charger is plugged in and turned on. It will take up to two hours for your tracker to charge.
How do I turn on Activity Tracking?
You'll be notified by email when you can turn on Activity Tracking. To turn it on, follow the link in your notification email or log into Tagg.com and click "Turn On Activity Tracking." You'll then need to fill in your dog's current profile information on the "Get Started with Activity Tracking" form. Dock your tracker for a few minutes to update it with the Activity Tracking setting for your pet.
What does the status indicator on the Tagg tracker mean?
The status indicator tells you when the tracker is on/off, locating or tracking your pet, and more. When the status indicator is solid blue, the tracker is on and has sufficient battery. When it flashes red 4 times, the tracker is on but has low battery. When it flashes blue, the tracker is charging.
How do I manage notifications for my pet's tracker?
You can manage your notification settings on the Tagg website. Go to the "Notifications" section and customize which notifications you and your contacts receive and how they are delivered (email, text or both).
