Where should I install the AeroMist controller?

The controller should be mounted on a nearby concrete wall that is near both the injection point and chemical supply. It is important to avoid mounting the unit in the direct path of steam, as this can cause short circuiting and damage the system.

How do I connect the AeroMist system?

Connect one end of the white poly tubing hose to the AeroMist output tube, and the other end to the AeroMist misting bracket nozzle. Connect the other white poly tubing hose to the AeroMist input tube. Finally, connect the controller unit to the power supply.

How do I fill the AeroMist drum?

Unscrew the 2" white cap that is closest to the AeroMist label. Drill a 1 3/8" hole in the cap for the pickup tube to pass through. Fill the drum with water first, then add the AeroMist fluid. Insert the hose through the cap and into the pickup tube, then screw the cap back on.
