The spa water should never exceed 104˚F (40˚C). Water temperatures between 100˚F (38˚C) and 104˚F (40˚C) are considered safe for a healthy adult. Lower water temperatures are recommended for young children and when spa use exceeds 10 minutes.
How often should I clean the filter cartridge?
We recommend that you clean the filter cartridge bi-weekly.
How do I change the filtration cycles on my spa?
You can change the filtration cycles by pressing either the UP or DOWN button, then pressing either the JETS 1 or JETS 2 pad. Press the OPTION button again to choose from 2 ,4, 6, 8, or 12 hours twice a day.
