• When adding from another container, do not drench the main unit.

• When adding to the full pot mark. The water will overflow from the spout if the water level is beyond the full pot mark.

• Close the lid after adding water.

• Precautions: Add water in time when the outlet position of the pump is lower than the low water mark, or empty heating may happen .

• To reboil the water being kept warm, press the Reboil button and the heating indicating lamp will be on.

Reboil time: 2-3 minutes (room temp.: 20°C)

• When the unit is connected with power, power indicator is on. When heating indicator is on (red), It begins to heat the water to boil.

e When heating begins, the heating indicator is on. When water boils, it switches to keep warm status automatically.

The heating indicator lamp goes out and the keep warm indicator is on.

e When the temperature of water being kept warm declines to below the set temperature, it will switch to heating status from keep warm status and heat the water to the set temperature.

Precautions: Pay attention to the steam from the steam vent when in heating status or keep warm status.

1. Press the unlock button to cancel the lock status.

2. Press the dispensing button to dispense water.

After water is dispensed, about 10 seconds later the Unlock Indicator Lamp will go off dispensing button is locked again.

Precautions: After boiling, bubbles may form for a time and make it difficult to dispense the hot water. When this happens, opening and closing the lid will remedy this.

(Be careful of the steam when opening the lid.)

Please often check the water level in the inner pot. Under normal status, if an inner pot is being heated with no water in it very often or for a long time, the inner pot will become discolored, a smell may be caused due to the rising temperature of the main unit, the temperature fuse may be broken, and even worse, a fire may be caused.

How to clean the pot with citric acid.

1. Make sure that the filter is attached to the container.

2. Put citric acid in the container.

Use 20g for 1 liter of water at one time.

3. Add water to the full pot mark and mix the citric acid and water well.

4. Connect the plug immediately after stirring them up, and heat the water to boiling, then switch to the auto keep warm status. If the stain can not be removed completely, press the Reboil button and repeat heating.

5. Remove the power cord and the lid, and drain the hot water until you can see the drain mark.

6. Boil a fresh pot of water as usual to remove any residual smell of citric acid. Then discard the water.

The citric acid used for cleaning is available at the nearest White Horse dealer.

• Follow the directions for cleaning printed on the citric acid container.

• Since the citric acid used for cleaning is a food additive, it is harmless to humans.

Clean the filter by using a brush.

• To remove any discoloration from the area above the full pot mark, rub the inside lightly with a wet sponge.

If the discoloration can not be removed by rubbing, clean the pot several times by using citric acid.
